Puppy Safe® products are designed to assist with neonatal and animal care. They are not a substitute for veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice.
5. No Guarantee of Outcome
While our products are designed to support neonatal and animal care, Puppy Safe® does not and cannot guarantee:
• Survival outcomes • Recovery results • Fertility or breeding results • Litter size or health • Breeding performance • Any specific medical outcome
Each animal and situation is unique. Results depend on many factors beyond the equipment used, including veterinary care, genetics, environment, and human oversight.
6. Limitation of Liability
Puppy Safe® proudly stands behind our products and customer support. However, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from the purchase or use of any Puppy Safe® product shall be limited to the purchase price actually paid for the specific product involved.
In no event shall Puppy Safe® be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of animals, emotional distress, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use our products.
7. Payment Disputes
If you have a concern about a charge, we ask that you contact Puppy Safe® directly before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.
Chargebacks filed after a product has been shipped or delivered, without first contacting us, remain the financial responsibility of the customer.
8. Recovery of Costs
If Puppy Safe® must respond to a chargeback dispute, recover unpaid amounts, or take action to enforce these terms, the customer agrees to reimburse reasonable costs incurred, which may include:
• Chargeback and processing fees • Collection costs • Filing and court fees • Attorney's fees, where permitted by law
9. Intellectual Property
All Puppy Safe® trademarks, logos, product names, product images, website content, graphics, guides, and written materials are the property of Puppy Safe® and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without express written permission from Puppy Safe®.
