Shipping Policy

At Puppy Safe®, we understand that when you order neonatal care equipment, time matters. We work hard to get your order processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Many urgent orders ship sooner when possible.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update in the carrier's system.

Shipping Options

Depending on the product and destination, the following shipping options may be available at checkout:

• Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days • Express Shipping — Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days • Overnight Shipping — Next business day after the package ships (see notice below)

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and destination.

Overnight Shipping — Please Read

Overnight shipping refers to the carrier's transit time after the package has left our facility. Please note:

• Friday overnight shipments may not arrive until Monday, depending on your location • Orders placed after the daily carrier cutoff may ship the next business day • Weekend and holiday orders will ship on the next available business day

Incubators & Large Equipment (Freight Shipping)

Some of our products — including full-size incubators and large specialty equipment — may ship via freight carrier rather than standard parcel services (UPS, FedEx, USPS). If your order ships via freight:

• You may be contacted by the carrier to schedule a delivery appointment • Someone must be available to accept and sign for the delivery • Freight shipments cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes • Please inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt — note any visible damage on the carrier's paperwork

Custom & Special Orders

Some specialty incubators, custom units, and made-to-order equipment require additional manufacturing time. Custom or special-order products can take 12–16 weeks to arrive, depending on the manufacturer's workload at the time the order is placed.

Estimated lead times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. We will keep you updated on the status of your order.

International Shipping

We do ship to select international destinations. Please note that international orders may be subject to:

• Longer transit times depending on destination • Customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees — these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total • Potential delays due to customs inspections or local carrier procedures

If we are unable to ship a specific product to your country due to size, weight, or regulatory restrictions, we will notify you promptly.

Shipping Address Responsibility

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us, rerouted, or deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, any additional shipping fees incurred will be your responsibility.

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.

Shipping Insurance

We recommend shipping insurance for high-value orders, especially incubators and specialty equipment. If shipping insurance is available for your order, the option will appear at checkout. Orders shipped without insurance are shipped at the customer's risk once the carrier takes possession.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Puppy Safe® is not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: severe weather, natural disasters, customs delays, carrier service disruptions, transportation interruptions, labor shortages, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Temperature-Sensitive Products

Certain supplements and temperature-sensitive products may experience adjusted shipping schedules during extreme heat or cold to protect product integrity. If your order is affected, we will notify you.
